Subject of the Presentation: Positive discrimination

- in USA there is black peoples quotas
-in France there is law for handicapped workers
- in UK there is plans to allow firms to discriminate

· Arguments for positive discrimination
- discrimination in education : better education for discriminated children
- discrimination in job: change people’s mind

· Arguments against positive discrimination
-Education : devaluation of diploma
-job: the capabilities are more important instead of the color of skin
- politic : lack of credibility for the woman discriminated

Conclusion : Affirmative action help minority people but there will always be someone discriminated.
